Please read these terms carefully before utilizing the Leadmower platform to automate B2B lead acquisition and client outreach.

Authorized Use

You are responsible for maintaining valid marketplace credentials and setting your own daily budget boundaries.

Compliance Rules

You agree to adhere to all third-party marketplace terms and local telecommunication/WhatsApp anti-spam laws.

Service Scope

We provide automation middleware. We do not guarantee the quality, frequency, or final conversion of marketplace leads.

1. Agreement to Terms

By registering an account or using Leadmower ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.

2. Description of Service

Leadmower provides middleware tools to automate B2B lead acquisition:

  • Lead Auto-Claiming: Middleware that triggers automated clicking of the buy button on leads matching your category and budget settings in real time on external marketplaces.
  • WhatsApp API Outreach: Integrations designed to forward lead metadata to WhatsApp API automation gateways (such as official Meta templates) for immediate follow-up.

3. Account Credentials & Security

You are solely responsible for protecting your account credentials, browser session cookies, API tokens, and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@leadmower.com of any unauthorized security access.

4. Compliance & Third-Party Rules

As a condition of your use of Leadmower, you represent and warrant that:

  • You will comply with the terms of service, policies, and guidelines of all external lead marketplaces (including IndiaMART) and communications platforms (including Meta/WhatsApp API).
  • You will not use the Service for any unlawful, spamming, harassing, or unethical outreach activities.
  • You possess the necessary rights and consents to reach out to B2B contact lists forwarded to the outreach pipelines.

5. Limitation of Liability & Warranty

Leadmower is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

  • We do not guarantee that the Service will run uninterrupted, error-free, or be completely secure.
  • We are not responsible for any issues, blocks, suspensions, or billing disputes on third-party marketplace accounts resulting from your use of the automation middleware.
  • In no event shall Leadmower be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
