1. Information We Collect

To provide our automated B2B lead acquisition and WhatsApp outreach services, we collect and process the following information:

  • Authentication & Session Cookies: We access session cookie identifiers on target marketplace domains (like IndiaMART) solely to maintain your authentication state and execute buy-lead automation rules on your behalf.
  • Profile & Account Setup: Personal information including your name, business email address, phone number, and company name is encrypted and securely sent over HTTPS to set up your account.
  • Automation Rules & Budgets: Your configured buying categories, location boundaries, negative keywords, and budget constraints are stored securely to tailor the automation stack.

2. How Your Information is Utilized

We use the data we collect exclusively for the following operational workflows:

  • Lead Harvesting: Monitoring and clicking the buy button on marketplace leads the second they drop based on your predefined criteria.
  • WhatsApp Conversation Automation: Triggering customized follow-up flows and sync configurations via official Meta API integrations.
  • Interface Optimization: Displaying logs of lead transactions, conversion scores, and webhook analytics on your workspace dashboard.

3. Permissions & Extensions

If utilizing our companion browser extension, the following permissions are required:

  • Host Permission: To interact with IndiaMART's Buy Leads console panels.
  • Storage Permission: To temporarily cache user settings locally to ensure rapid execution speeds.
  • Scripting Permission: To overlay the automation control dashboard.

4. Data Security & Storage

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information:

  • All transmission of sensitive data is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL/HTTPS) technology.
  • Credentials and authorization tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 protocols.
  • We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to external third parties.

5. Your Control & Data Deletion

You can review, modify, or permanently delete your account details directly from your dashboard. To request a full deletion of all database records associated with your account, please email us at support@leadmower.com. We will process your deletion request within 30 days.
